Josh did an amazing pet urine odor removal from a concrete basement and a thin vinyl flooring in a room. His products left the place smelling so good and no ammonia odor. On time and good communication.

He was up front and honest about what his service could accomplish.  Josh clearly takes pride in his job and did the very best and went way beyond what we requested to get the place deodorized and ready for move out. He is caring, friendly yet efficient. He gave us good advice to reduce any returning odors. Although so far all is good.
Josh is a top notch quality guy. Rare in today's world of mediocrity.

I've used Nature's Hand Carpet Cleaning twice in the last year and they've done a phenomenal job! Both times I had stains to remove from white carpet (coffee, pet) and everything came out perfectly. They are very reasonably priced and send an invoice prior to your appt so you know what to expect. They're also very timely - both appts they got me in within 48 hours. Professional and great people! Josh has very high standards with regard to the cleanliness of carpets and is very efficient on communication. The lady who helps with scheduling is also very nice and responsive.
